She is the heart behind Connecting Neighbors, where she works to reduce isolation and strengthen community bonds. Her work reflects compassion, collaboration, and a deep belief that everyone deserves to feel seen and supported.

A dedicated community member and proud member of the U.S. Army. She brings a strong sense of service, organization, and care to her role with Connecting Neighbors. Aasha has a genuine passion for helping others and supporting efforts that strengthen and uplift the community.
Ti'Anna H.
Treasurer
An educator with a passion for sustainability, food systems, and hands-on learning. She has worked closely with students to teach them how to grow and sustain food, fostering both skill and confidence. Ti’Anna is also a ceramics and pottery instructor, blending creativity, education, and community connection in all she does.
